Following the earlier decisions of this court cited supra. we hold that there is no infirmity in the order of the Appellate Tribunal in holding that the beneficiaries cannot be regarded as non-existent at the time of the execution of the trust deed and the beneficiaries were known. Therefore, in this view of this matter, the questions of law referred to us in the instant cases are liable to be answered in the affirmative and against the Revenue.
