No.4994 of 2019 is concerned, there were actually four properties that were involved in the sale that took place on 30.10.2018. Out of the four properties brought to sale on 30.10.2018, the sale in respect of one has already been confirmed and a sale certificate issued by the bank after receiving the entire sale consideration.
