..... ed that the Central Board of Excise Customs, to promote ease of doing business has issued guidelines to speed up the transfer of fund directly to the beneficiary's bank account through e-payment after sanction of the Refund/Rebate claims with effect from 10th February, 2016. 2. The procedure to provide the facility of e-payment of Refund/Rebate amounts is given as below; PROCEDURE FOR E-PAYMENT: (a) While filing Refund/Rebate claim for the first time, the claimants shall provide one-time authorization in duplicate, duly certified by the beneficiary bank in a prescribed format enclosed as Annexure-A.
