If I get an order from my overseas customer to export the goods to a third party overseas and instead of my invoice the overseas customer wants to send his Invoice to the third party, how this will work. For example my Australia .....

On Shipping Bill you need to mention the name of the Buyer and Consingee also. Bill of Lading will need to be issued accordingly.
