Sanction and disbursement of the loan is not in dispute. It is also not brought to the notice of this Court much less at his instance that the petitioners are likely to flee from justice if released on pre-arrest bail or there is any flight risk. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners appears to this Court to be not likely to yield any more result in investigation, considering the nature of allegation for collection of further evidence.
