GOVINDARAJAN - FEMA - Foreign Exchange Management - Dated:- 30-5-2023 - - Current Account transactions Section 2(j) of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 ( Act for short) defines the expression current account transaction as a transaction other than a capital account transaction.
