(III) At the originating CFS; the LCL packages, for which Let Export Order (LEO) is given by the Proper Officer of Customs, shall be stuffed into the export containers under the supervision of Proper Officer of Customs viz., Gate Preventive Officer and representative of the CFS (viz., Custodian) concerned.
