..... e met by a company which fails to file its Annual Return- Penalty section 92(5) of the Act provides that in case if a company fails to file its annual return within the prescribed time limit the company and its officers who are in default are liable for a penalty of Rs.10,000/-. In case of continuing offence further penalty of Rs.100/- for each day after the first during which such failure continues.
