..... ese four appeals are directed against similar orders passed by the learned Single Judge in the four petitions preferred by the respondents under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In all these appeals, there are two impugned orders which are dated 26.03.2021 and 08.04.2021. We are informed that although on 08.04.2021, the matter was adjourned to 12.04.2021, it was not taken up on that date and was instead adjourned to 20.04.2021. Though our attention has been drawn to several documents and pleadings, particularly by the learned senior counsel for the appellant, we refrain from referring to them lest it prejudice the interests of any of the parties before the learned Single Judge. After all, the Section 9 petitions are still pending consideration and, we are informed that they are now coming up before the learned Single Judge on 20.04.2021.
