This notification amends the import policy condition for Raw Pet Coke (RPC) and Calcined Pet Coke (CPC) under Chapter 27 of the ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule-I (Import Policy). The revised policy condition permits the import of RPC and CPC to cater to the domestic needs of not only the aluminium industry but also other industries, for processes permitted under relevant regulations and statutes.
