This notification amends the previous notification S.O. 372(E) dated 5th February 2016 by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India. It designates the Court of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dehradun as a Special Court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 for the trial of offenses punishable u/s 4 of the Act within the specified area of the State of Uttarakhand.
