Dishonor of Cheque - Effect of moratorium to non-corporate debtor/debtors dealt under Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act - vicarious liability - The twin contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash Annexure-A complaint, found to be not sustainable.
