Changes in origin declaration for Self-Certification under UK Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS) - Trade Notice No. 39/2023-24 highlights the transition from GSP to DCTS for determining the origin of goods exported to the UK. Indian exporters must adhere to the new origin declaration process under DCTS and self-certify compliance with RoO requirements to benefit from concessional import duty rates.
