Court Orders Liquidation of Assets via Public Auctions to Refund Investors; Interim Bail Granted to Petitioners.

Directions issued for liquidation of attached assets through time-bound public auctions, refund of due amount to investors, disbursement of sale proceeds to genuine investors. Honorarium fixed for Chairperson, Members, and Member Secretary of High-Powered Committee (HPSC). Cooperation directed from concerned States and Police. Interim bail granted to petitioners to facilitate sale and disbursement process. HPSC authorized to seek further clarifications.
