Forum shopping objection rejected against home buyer who approached multiple forums after being deprived of life savings by state instrumentality that constructed structurally defective houses. Respondent directed to refund entire amount with interest at 12% from specific date and pay Rs. 5 lakh compensation for mental agony to petitioner within six weeks for failure to rehabilitate effectively after receiving full consideration over a decade ago.
