2001 (11) TMI 457 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai allowed the appeal regarding the importation of PCI Display Control Cards. The goods were not considered as baggage goods and were to be cleared under the EOU scheme. The proceedings were remanded to the Commissioner for further processing.
