The duty demand arose from adding labor cost in warranty period to assessable value of tractors. Appellant's case not strong as per previous Tribunal decisions. Appellant ordered to pre-deposit Rs. 10 lakhs pending hearing. Case scheduled for hearing on 1st April, 2002.
