1991 (2) TMI 332 - HC - Companies Law

The company appeal was dismissed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana as the amended petition was not accompanied by the required affidavit, as per Rule 102 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. The appeal was found to have no merit, and it was dismissed in limine.
