The High Court of Karnataka allowed the application by a creditor of a company to recall the winding-up order as the company could pay its debts. No other creditors supported the winding-up order. The court also allowed the petitioner to withdraw the company petition. Company Petition No. 78 of 1989 was dismissed as withdrawn.
