2000 (7) TMI 895 - HC - Companies Law

The High Court of Allahabad allowed the petition under sections 433 and 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 for winding up Techinvest India (P.) Ltd. The respondent company was ordered to be wound up as it was unable to pay its debt to the petitioner amounting to Rs. 6 lakhs. The Official Liquidator was appointed as the Liquidator of the company.
