The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi allowed the rectification of mistake applications filed by M/s. Bombay Bangalore Freight Carrier Ltd. & Shri Ashwani Kumar as the synopsis containing case laws in their favor was not considered while passing the Final Order. The Tribunal recalled the earlier Final Order and scheduled a new hearing for 4-8-2003.
