The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai recalled its order dated 13-12-2002 due to a factual error in the observation regarding imposition of penalties on two companies. The Tribunal found that there was a proposal for penalties on the companies in the show cause notice. The appeals are now scheduled for fresh hearing on 6-4-2004.
