2000 (8) TMI 1065 - HC - VAT and Sales Tax

The High Court of Allahabad allowed the revision filed against the Sales Tax Tribunal's order related to the assessment year 1982-83. The Tribunal was directed to redetermine the applicant's turnover based on the consumption of electricity at 7692 units. The revision was allowed.
