Summary

The stay application was dismissed for non-prosecution as neither the petitioner nor the consultant appeared. The petitioner must remit the liability to the Revenue within 4 weeks and report compliance by 15-10-2013. Failure to do so will result in the appeal being dismissed for failure of pre-deposit. The Departmental Representative will communicate this order to the petitioner/appellant departmentally.
