Winding up petition - HC has held that the appellant has no bona fide defence in the winding up petition and is unwilling and therefore unable to pay the admitted liability 2013 (5) TMI 959 - DELHI HIGH COURT - Held that - Permission to file additional documents and to amend the Special Leave Petition is granted. We do not find any legal and valid ground for interference. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed. Whatever amount has been deposited by the petitioner shall be returned to it along with interest if any.
