Exemption under Section 8(1)(i) of the Right to Information Act- The Appellant had sought 4 items of information regarding the movement of the proposal/file relating to the appointment of the President of the CESTAT consequent upon the resignation of Justice S.N. Jha in October 2008 - Held that - the appointment to this post has already been made we direct the CPIO to provide to the Appellant within 10 working days from the receipt of this order the desired information - The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
