2014 (4) TMI 498 - HC - Indian LawsAppearance of private Respondent - Held that - workman, the private respondent, has approached the Labour Court by filing an application under Section 33 C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and is being represented by the lawyer - Therefore, Petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the learned advocate representing the said private respondent before the Labour Court indicating that this matter shall be listed under the heading Motion in the supplementary list.
The High Court of Calcutta directed the petitioner to serve notice to the private respondent's lawyer for a case listed under "Motion" on 19th November, 2013 in the Labour Court.
