A motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 9th June,2017. It is stated that in the title clause, though the respondent is Bank of Baroda , however, inadvertently the same is typed as Bank of India . Necessary correction be effected in respect of the respondent in the title cause of the order, commensurate to memo of appeal.
