The High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore addressed a petition regarding the recovery of custom duties during Aero India - 2011. The Commissioner of Customs confirmed that adequate staff is in place to recover customs duty as required by law. The court found the issue resolved and disposed of the writ petition.
