Fixation of fee of 'Interim Resolution Professional' and the 'Corporate Debtor' - Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor has submitted that he has submitted the approved claim of RP to the Corporate Debtor and the Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor submits that the claim submitted by the RP is to be satisfied within two weeks and the Ld. Counsel for the IRP agreed to that submission of the Ld. Counsel of the Corporate Debtor - HELD THAT - Recording the submission this CP is closed with a liberty to take steps if any on the side of the CD in satisfying the approved claim of the RP.
