Permission for withdrawal of petition - petitioner having noticed the defects in the demand notice for not making reference and giving details of the decree therein and also claiming amount in the demand notice which is more than what is due as per the decree seeks to withdraw the petition - HELD THAT - The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action if so advised.
