2016 (11) TMI 1680 - HC - Money LaunderingWhile allowing the writ petition by the order under appeal certain findings were recorded by the learned Single Judge with regard to the enforcement of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 on interpretation of the provisions of the said Act - the findings so recorded by the learned Single Judge shall not be construed as conclusive and binding precedent until further orders.
The High Court of Delhi allowed exemptions in two cases subject to exceptions. The writ petition was allowed by the order under appeal, but findings on the Prevention of Money Laundering Act were not considered conclusive until further orders. The case was re-notified for hearing on 16.03.2017.
