Refund of the duty paid alongwith interest - declared value of the seized goods way back in the year 2013 - HELD THAT - A notice for taking appropriate action in accordance with law against respondent No.3-Overseas Warehousing (P) Ltd. already stood issued in June, 2019, reply to the same has been received and the competent authority shall take appropriate action as envisaged under the law, before the next date of hearing. Adjourned to 11.12.2019.
