2. Stay order clarification for certain appellants
3. Stay order for Sujal Anil Shah in Civil Appeal Nos. 8731-8732 of 2018

Deletion of I.A. No. 144528/2018:
The Supreme Court allowed the deletion of I.A. No. 144528/2018. This decision was made in a specific case on a particular date, and the Court granted this request.

Stay order clarification for certain appellants:
In a previous order dated 10.09.2018 in C.A. Nos. 7282-7283 of 2018, the Court had granted a stay, clarifying that it covered only the appellants in those Civil Appeal Nos. who were independent directors, had resigned, or were not involved in the company's affairs. This clarification was crucial to specify the scope of the stay order issued by the Court.

Stay order for Sujal Anil Shah in Civil Appeal Nos. 8731-8732 of 2018:
On 14.09.2018, in Civil Appeal Nos. 8731-8732 of 2018 involving Sujal Anil Shah, the Court admitted the petition and stayed the operation of the impugned judgment and order of the NCLT, New Delhi. The Court explicitly mentioned that this stay order was applicable only to Sujal Anil Shah, thereby limiting the scope of the stay to the specific party involved in this case.

Filing of Counter Affidavit and Rejoinder Affidavit:
The Court granted permission to the learned counsel to file the Counter Affidavit within four weeks from the date of the order. Additionally, the Court allowed the filing of the Rejoinder Affidavit within two weeks after the Counter Affidavit submission. The case was scheduled to be listed after six weeks from the date of the order, indicating the timeline for the subsequent proceedings in the case.
