2021 (3) TMI 1327 - AT - Central ExciseSeeking withdrawal of appeal - Settlement of dispute under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 - issuance of discharge certificate - HELD THAT - Since the case has been settled under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 the appeal lying pending in this tribunal shall be deemed to have been withdrawn in terms of section 127(6) of Chapter V of Finance (No.2) Act, 2019. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT AHMEDABAD disposed of the appeal as withdrawn as the case was settled under the Sabka Vishwas Scheme, 2019, and a discharge certificate was issued. The appeal is deemed to have been withdrawn under section 127(6) of the Finance (No.2) Act, 2019.
