The order dated 28.5.2013 was recalled, and both Correction Applications were heard afresh. Corrections were sought for clerical errors in the order dated 7.5.2013 due to inadvertence. The specific corrections made were detailed as follows:
1. Addition of the words "issued and" after "it was decided that the" and before "subscribed capital of."
2. Deletion of the word "Rs." before the figure "1,44,00,000" and the mark "/-" after the figure.
3. Deletion of the word "Rs." before the figure "1,42,95,770" and the mark of "/-" after the figure.
4. Change of the word "affected" to "effected" after "is to be" and before "by paying of."
5. Deletion of "&8377; 1,14,230" and substitution with the figure "1,04,230."
6. Deletion of the figure "1,04,200" and substitution with the figure "1,04,230" in paragraph 12.
7. Substitution of "Form No.19" with "Form No.31" in paragraph 15.
Correction Applications No.234992 of 2013 and 166760 of 2013 were disposed of after the corrections were made.
