Issuance of Summons u/s 108 of Customs Act - requirement of petitioner to present himself in person before the Senior Intelligence Officer DRI DZU New Delhi - HELD THAT - There shall be stay of part of the impugned Order passed by the High Court so far as it directs that any coercive action against the petitioner shall only be effected after initiation of proceedings in accordance with law and after serving upon the petitioner a seven days notice in that behalf. Let the notice be issued in the matter returnable after three weeks.
