The Allahabad High Court dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner against the decision of the Vice Chairman of Mathura-Vrindavan Development Authority. The petitioner's bid was not accepted due to non-compliance with auction terms, leading to forfeiture of security money. The petitioner was advised to approach the State Government under Section 41(3) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act for any grievances.
