2022 (3) TMI 1386 - AT - CustomsSeeking for early hearing of appeal - HELD THAT - On going through the averments made in the said application, it is opined that the prayer made in support of out of turn hearing merit consideration in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the early hearing application is allowed.
