Seeking liberty to withdraw this petition - HELD THAT - If the petitioner files an appeal before the CESTAT within one week from today, the CESTAT is requested to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously and shall make an endeavour to dispose of the said appeal within six months from the date of the petitioner filing an appeal. The petitioner shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment in the said appeal proposed to be filed. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal.
