Seeking grant of bail - HELD THAT - Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has suffered incarceration for a period of 7 years and 6 months and more particularly the fact there is no possibility of the trial concluding in the near future, we deem it to be a fit case to grant him bail. The petitioner is, accordingly, directed to be enlarged on bail on terms and conditions to be imposed by the trial court - SLP disposed off.
