Anticipatory Bail - levy of additional condition that to submit passport, if any, before the trial Court and shall not leave India without prior permission of this Court - HELD THAT - Once the apex Court seized of the matter and the impugned order is under challenge, it would not be proper for this Court to entertain this petition for modification of he order. Petition dismissed.
