Forging of sale deed - Criminal or civil nature proceedings? - HELD THAT - The allegations levelled in the criminal proceedings lodged by respondent no.2 are of civil nature and the criminal proceedings are not called for. The same are hereby quashed. It will be open to respondent no.2 to continue or take any civil proceedings in accordance with law - SLP disposed off.
