Grant of regular bail - Money Laundering - reverse burden of proof on the accused under Section 24 of the PML Act - allegation against this applicant is of very serious nature that the applicant being an IAS officer, misused his position and power and made unlawful gain - it was held by High Court that It would be proper to grant bail to the applicant at this stage - HELD THAT - There are no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court granting bail to the respondent herein. SLP dismissed.
