Revenue has filed all these appeals against the Public Sector undertaking - Department did not get clearance from Committee of Disputes - there is no point in keeping the appeals pending without COD clearance - appeals are dismissed for want of COD clearance and the department is given liberty to seek restoration of the same as and when COD clearance is obtained. Stay application is also disposed of.
