2008 (1) TMI 394 - HC - CustomsDelay in filing an appeal before HC - The reason given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition is that the copy of the final order, which is the subject matter of the appeal got mixed up with some other bundle and ultimately it was traced after a delay of 148 days held that - we are of the view that the delay for each and every day need not be explained. We are satisfied with the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit. Hence the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the State Legal Services Authority within a period of ten days from today
