Rectification of Mistake - certain clerical errors - Held that - the order has been corrected as follows - i) in para 3, the words grounds of review may be read as impugned order. ; ii) In para 5, the words the appeal is dismissed may be read as the appeals are allowed. - ROM application allowed.

Summary

The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT MUMBAI allowed the Rectification of Mistake application filed in respect of order no. A/89811-89812/17/SMB dated 28.09.2017. The errors in the order were corrected as follows:
1. "grounds of review" changed to "impugned order" in para 3.
2. "the appeal is dismissed" changed to "the appeals are allowed" in para 5.
The Rectification of Mistake applications was allowed accordingly.
