2023 (9) TMI 1502 - AAR - GSTRequest for withdrawal of Advance Ruling Application - eligibility of ITC - HELD THAT - The letter dated 12.09.2023 of the Applicant is taken on record, wherein they have stated that they have decided to withdraw the ARA application filed by them.
