Appellate Tribunal granted liberty to seek clarification from Supreme Court - Held that - Tribunal must decide the Appeal on its own merits. No clarification is required of our Judgment which speaks for itself. If the Tribunal reads the Judgment it will immediately understand what has been held by this Court - Appeal restored to Tribunal. In the meantime, the attachment would continue but the diamonds must not be sold.

Summary
