The High Court of Judicature at Bombay dismissed the Revenue's appeal regarding the conversion of a free shipping bill to an advance licence shipping bill. The court considered the genuine mistake made by the Exporter and the communication from the Commissioner of Customs, leading to the dismissal of the appeal.
